Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment.

Can I cancel an order?

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

What is the return policy?

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days for any reason. The merchant pays return shipping for no-reason and quality-related returns. Customized goods, clearance goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are generally excluded unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by law.
