Use of the Store

Customers may use the store only for lawful personal shopping. Scraping, security interference, malicious code, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized commercial reuse, and infringement of another person's rights are prohibited.

Third-Party Services and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Purchases from this store are transactions with alaninu, not with Shopify, except to the extent applicable law states otherwise.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that applicable law permits us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity, Severability, and Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, a person who unlawfully misuses the store or violates another person's rights is responsible for resulting third-party claims. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the law applicable at the merchant's physical address, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and an updated date.
