30-Day Returns and Exchanges

We accept no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. The merchant pays return shipping for both no-reason returns and returns involving damage, defects, incorrect items, or other quality problems.

Returned merchandise must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging where reasonably possible. Customized goods, clearance goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers generally post refunds within 5–10 business days after issuance. Original standard shipping is free and therefore has no separate amount to refund.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, it is handled under this Refund Policy.
